1.1 Nordic Card Show is for private exhibitors and companies (hereafter referred to as "exhibitor")..
1.2 Tables must be ordered through the email provided under the specific event on our website. Please remember to include your full name, phone number, and details of what you will be selling. Nordic Card Show reserves the right to refuse registration without providing a justification.
1.3 By making the payment, the Exhibitor confirms that they have read and accepted the terms. If payment is not made within the deadline, Nordic Card Show reserves the right to cancel your booking without further notice.
1.4 The exhibitor table is for one person and includes a black tablecloth and a chair. If you wish to have two persons at the same table, an additional fee will be added to your order. A maximum of two persons are allowed per table.
1.5 Registration and payment apply only to the specified event.
1.6 The Exhibitor is required to participate throughout the event's opening hours. Failure to comply will result in a fee of 1000 DKK / 150€.
1.7 If registration is canceled no later than 30 days before the event, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. No refund will be issued if cancellation is made less than 30 days before the event.
1.8 To ensure a good balance, 50% of tables are reserved for sports cards, and 50% for TCG/other collectibles. It is, of course, allowed to have both types of cards.
1.9 In the event of a cancellation of the entire event due to force majeure, the full registration fee will be refunded.
2. General
2.1 The exhibitor table must not be moved or altered. Expanding the area is not allowed without prior agreement with Nordic Card Show. Additionally, it is not permitted to put up signs, stick, screw, sew, or attach anything to the exhibitor table. Violations of these rules will result in the Exhibitor being held liable for any damages.
2.2 All types of cards may be sold, including sports cards, Pokémon, Magic, other TCGs, sealed boxes, sleeves & storage boxes, and other collectibles (hereafter referred to as "goods").
2.3 Merchandise such as clothing, shoes, games, figurines, and pictures are not defined as cards or accessories and may NOT be sold. Items like stamps and coins are also not allowed. Nordic Card Show reserves the right to reject items that they deem inappropriate at their discretion.

3. VAT and Tax
3.1 The exhibitor's tax and VAT obligations in connection with the sale of goods are irrelevant to Nordic Card Show, and Nordic Card Show assumes no responsibility in this regard.
4. Right of Cancellation
4.1 All purchases or trades are strictly between the Exhibitor and the buyer. Complaints and rights of cancellation are therefore not applicable to Nordic Card Show, which assumes no responsibility for these matters.
5. Exhibitor Guarantee
5.1 The Exhibitor guarantees:
5.1.1 full ownership and control of all goods sold,
5.1.2 that the goods do not infringe on the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights,
5.1.3 that the goods comply with local laws at all times.
5.2 Compliance with paragraphs 5.1.1 to 5.1.3 implies that the Exhibitor indemnifies Nordic Card Show against any claims by third parties or public authorities related to the above matters.
6. Theft, Loss, or Damage of Goods
6.1 Nordic Card Show disclaims all liability for stolen, lost, or damaged goods.
6.2 Nordic Card Show disclaims any responsibility for theft, vandalism, storm, fire, or water damage.
6.3 The Exhibitor is responsible for securing insurance.
7. Exhibitor Violation
7.1 Any violation of these terms by the Exhibitor constitutes a breach of the registration agreement. Nordic Card Show reserves the right to address any violations, including seeking compensation for losses or terminating the Exhibitor’s participation in the event. Cancellation due to a violation does not entitle the Exhibitor to a refund of the registration fee.
8. Confidentiality
8.1 All Exhibitors' personal information is treated confidentially. However, exceptions are made in the case of public requests or orders to disclose information.
9. Subject to Change
9.1 These terms may be changed at any time by Nordic Card Show without prior acceptance from the Exhibitor.
9.2 The applicable terms at the time of registration are those in force as they appear on our website.
10. Choice of Law and Venue
10.1 Any disputes between the Exhibitor and Nordic Card Show shall be resolved in accordance with Danish law, with the Court of Holbæk as the proper venue.
